The Australian Small Business Champion Awards is a prestigious and comprehensive program that supports and recognises small businesses across Australia.

Offering a unique opportunity to highlight Australia's most outstanding small businesses, the awards seek to recognise the hard work that business owners contribute to the local community in generating employment for millions of Australians, as well as their contribution to the Australian economy. The Gala event will be held at The Westin Sydney on the 23rd April 2016 a red carpet event as the “Oscars” for the Australian Small Business sector. 

The Australian Small Business Champion Awards have nominated Lena Kasparian as a Finalist in the Fashion category for 2017. with over 1200 entries, Lena Kasparian is acknowledged as an elite in the industry and recognised for her achievements and successes within her field. The nomination for such an award is a testament to the vision, planning, hard work and dedication invested in her business to deliver spectacular results and progressive fashion for her customers.

Lena Kasparian won ‘Outstanding Women’s Fashion Retail’ award at the Local Business Awards for Parramatta in 2015, further testament to Kasparian’s dedication to small business and excellence in her chosen field.

The Australian Small Business Champion Awards is the largest awards program for small business in Australia, with winners in 43 categories. It is the only National Program to recognise achievement and honour great performance by small businesses, celebrating and encouraging excellence, growth and the contribution of small businesses to the community.

The judges are representatives from a variety of industries who have relevant experience or an understanding of the operations of a small business. The judges evaluate the candidates looking at a wide variety of criteria including business strategies, customer service, vision and value.
