Returns & Exchanges

No Refund or Exchange under any circumstance, so please choose wisely.

Please note that all items are carefully checked before dispatched any damages occurred after garments taken from store is customers responsibility.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges on SALE items.

No photography permitted in boutique

No food or drink allowed, unless served by staff.

Bridal parties by appointment only.

4 garments per customer in change rooms at a time.

No Prams or strollers allowed in boutique

 

Lay-by

4 weeks Lay-by only.

Lay-bys are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

A 20% deposit is required to place items under Lay-by.

All goods must be paid for in full and collected within 4 weeks of the Lay-by commencement date.

If Lay-bys are not collected within the 4 week period, your deposit and any payments are forfeited.

No Lay-bys are permitted on discounted or sale items. 

 

Special orders

A 30% deposit must be placed on items for them to be ordered. Exchanges are available only on items that do not fit, based on sizing recommendations by staff. The deposit is NOT refundable.

Special orders are non-exchangeable for change of mind.

Once you have received notification that your item/s have arrived, you have a maximum of 4 weeks to pick up or lay-by the items.

Failure to do so within the declared time frame, unless prior agreements have been made, will result in the forfeit of your order.

 

Custom Made

50% deposit is required for all custom/ tailor made orders

Garments must be picked up as soon as it is available.

Fee of $150 for all consultations.
